Talking about her work, Rakul Preet Singh had appeared in five films last year. This year so far, the diva acted in Chhatriwali directed by Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar and produced by Ronnie Screwvala. It premiered on 20th January 2023 exclusively on Zee5. Rakul Preet completed shooting of a Tamil film Ayalaan starring Sivakarthikeyan as lead actor. It is directed by R. Ravikumar, music by A. R. Rahman by 24AM Studios. Apart from this, Rakul is paired alongside Kamal Haasan under the direction of S. Shankar. It is jointly produced by Lyca Productions and Red Giant Movies. Initially, the movie was scheduled to release in October 2023. However, the shooting is yet to be completed
