He thinks that the expensively produced films are what are really ruining the business. He claims that the scripts, narratives, direction, and even performances in these movies are hollow. In such movies, which frequently only feature five songs with choreography created by choreographers and action created by action designers, he wonders what the director and actors are doing.

He claims that the industry has never produced a film for INR 50 crores with a competent actor, instead choosing to group ten to fifteen actors in hurriedly assembled films that fail. Siddiqui thinks that whereas public performers are denied the chance to even reach the audience, industry actors continue to perform despite the audience’s rejection.
