Janhvi Kapoor, who is well-known for frequenting the gym, posts a video on her Instagram account in which she can be seen practicing pilates with the help of a personal trainer named Namrata Purohit. Janhvi Kapoor is seen exercising her legs in a video the actor posted on Instagram. The actor demonstrated forward step-ups on a Wunda Chair while wearing an orange sports bra and shorts. She took to Instagram to share her experience “Love a good pilates sesh.”

She kept her right leg on the rectangular object and put her left leg on the pedal. She is also seen pushing both the legs closer while performing on springboards. She is lowering her left heel and pressing down on the open flap with her right knee. In another variation of pilates, Janhvi did the forward step-ups with more speed by leaving less gap between the legs. The fact that Janhvi is a ‘Pilates Girl’ is evident in these exercise videos.
