Erica Fernandes recently shared a throwback video clip of her with co-star Shaheer Sheikh. They are going to be paired again for Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi 3. While we have seen the actress continuously sharing photoshop pictures which she did for brand promotions even during the lockdown. There is no doubt in it that Erica Fernandes is one of the workaholic actresses of the television industry. Recently, she gave the interview to ET Times. During this conversation, she talked about working in a pandemic.
In the interview, she said “Work is something we eventually have to do. We need to feed our family and we have to work. We have no choice after a certain point. I had to work. It is not about the standard of living, it is about work in general. If I am an actor or an employee in an office, It is the same thing, we need to feed our families. Nobody is irreplaceable, anyone can get replaced. It doesn’t matter if you are the lead actor or a CEO of your company”.
Talking about the sequences which occur while we don’t work for a long time. She speaks “If you don’t work, you get replaced. Nobody is going to wait for you. And how long can someone stay at home without having any work? You can live a certain life till sometime but after that, either coronavirus will take your life or starvation. You have to do certain things because you don’t have an option. Also, it has been eight months since I have been at home, for how long can I not work”.
Erica also talked about the reasons for shutting Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. She said, “Projects can be remade but a person cannot return once he is gone. Health matters and safety comes first. And I think that’s the reason they took this collective decision of shutting the show because at that time nobody understood what coronavirus was and it was very risky. It was also affecting the show. It had to be done.” However, now it got clear that she doesn’t want to stay at home without working.
Erica Fernandes last acted in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. In this, she played the role of Prerna. However, now she is all set to make a comeback on the small screen with Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi 3. In this, she will be seen in the main lead alongside Shaheer Sheikh.
